Fundamentals of Gerontology
Over the course of five weeks, USC faculty will take you through the fundamental concepts of gerontology and provide practical and theoretical perspectives to help you gain a broader understanding of the field.
Health and Wellness in an Aging Society
During the five-week “Health and Wellness in an Aging Society” course, USC faculty members will discuss the common health issues faced by seniors, public health in an aging world, and the strategies for caring for older adults with various health challenges. Modules will cover demography, chronic diseases, self-care management, dementia and mental health issues, and medication management.
