Whether it’s scheduling challenges, financial concerns, refills, or handling side effects, the issues surrounding an older adult’s medication can be daunting. This webinar is designed to assist in medication management for anyone caring for an older parent, other relative or friend. The difficulties many older adults have managing their medications and ways to offer help will be detailed.
