DriveWell: Promoting Older Driver Safety and Mobility in Your Community

DriveWell Toolkit and Training Program

Communities nationwide are confronting an increasingly complex challenge of ensuring the safety of older adult drivers and of promoting the continued mobility of individuals as they restrict or stop driving. Various Federal, state and local approaches to meet that challenge are underway - efforts that are changing the face of mobility nationally.

The DriveWell Toolkit, developed by the American Society on Aging and funded through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, is stand-alone, turn-key program on older driver safety and mobility.
