What do Service Providers Expect from Cultural Competency Training?

Those of us in the advocacy world have lots of ideas about what service providers 'need to know' about cultural competency and 'how' it should be delivered. However, there is little information about what service providers want from CCT (e.g., format, length of time, willingness to pay for training, average time spent per year doing cultural competency training (CCT)).

This survey is intended to shed light on the service providers' perception of how to deliver this important information. Take the survey now.

Look for results this fall on AgeBlog.

Note: This survey is being conducted by the Editorial Board of ASA’s LGBT Aging Issues Network (LAIN) with the Network on Multicultural Aging (NOMA)
