2012 NICE Knowledge Exchange will take place May 24, 2012 at Hart House, University of Toronto.

Full Description: 

National Initiative for the Care of the Elderly (NICE) is an international network of researchers, practitioners and students dedicated to improving the care of older adults, both in Canada and abroad.

Our members represent a broad spectrum of disciplines and professions, including geriatric medicine, gerontological nursing, gerontological social work, gerontology, rehabilitation science, sociology, psychology, policy and law.

Our focus this year is on Intervention.

Keynote Address by Marion McMurdo from the University of Dundee: 
"Physical activity in later life: an exercise in common sense

Professor McMurdo is in demand as a speaker and will give the Knowledge Exchange an invigorating start!
