Attending this day, participants will be able to describe the culture and needs of ethnic minority groups.  Partiicpants will also be able to identify differences between an older heterosexual and a LGBT older adult and will be able to discuss the additional challenges of dementia in the minority community.  Also, participants will gain appreciation of spirituality and religous diversity among older adults.
