Please join us for a special 5th year Celebration Reception honoring this year's three Caregiving Legacy Award winners and celebrating the powerful history of communities coming together to support adults with Alzheimer's disease and their families.  Winners of the Rosalinde Gilbert Innovations in Alzheimer's Diseae Caregiving Legacy Awards focus on improving lives through creative expression programming, targeting diverse/multicultural communities, and organizing for advocacy and policy changes.  The National Center on Caregiving of Family Caregiver Alliance is pleased to host this reception at the ASA 2013 Conference and invites everyone to join in this celebration!
