This web seminar will focus in on the state of affordable housing in the United States. We will examine what it takes to get a project off the ground and the roadblocks standing in the way of development. We will also look at the needs of the LGBTQI community, and touch on projects that have focused on those needs.

Participants in this web seminar will be able to:

  • Describe what qualifies as “Affordable Housing” and the criteria necessary for its residents;
  • Understand the deficit of affordable housing;
  • Be able to identify cities that have an affordable housing option for the LGBT community; and,
  • List roadblocks to developing an affordable housing community.
