Simple home modifications can reduce accidents for older adults living at home. This webinar will outline the many ways eldercare professionals can help educate families about safeguarding older adults living at home. Also detailed will be a home safety checklist and affordable home fixes.

Presenter:

Lakelyn Hogan is currently working toward a Master of Arts in Social Gerontology. Lakelyn’s passion for helping others has led her work with aging adults and their families as they navigate the senior care continuum.
