The business environment has changed significantly and many professionals in the field of aging are not keeping pace. Consumers looking for products and services are increasingly researching and shopping online. Older adults, their adult children and caregivers are using the Internet to vet products, services, organizations and individuals. Does your organization have a first-rate online presence or is it being passed over? There are many things one can do right away at no cost and without needing to hire a specialist that will improve an organization’s online presence.

Participants in this web seminar will be able to:

  • Identify the quick fixes to repair their organization’s online presence without the need to hire an expert who is tech savvy;
  • List all areas online that are critical for professionals and those that are secondary; and,
  • Understand how to be transparent and self-vet for consumers to build trust.

Presenter:

Judy Rough is the senior director of Strategic Alliances for the Society of Certified Senior Advisors.
