Nutrition plays a vital role throughout the cancer continuum—from diagnosis and treatment to recovery and survivorship. This session equips caregivers and professionals in aging with practical, evidence-based strategies to support nutritional well-being in individuals facing cancer. It will explore common challenges such as appetite changes, treatment side effects, and popular topics on social media, while highlighting the importance of culturally sensitive and patient-centered approaches. Attendees will gain tools to empower patients and families, promote resilience, and collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary care teams.
