    How to Reserve Your Booth

    1. Complete Membership:

    All exhibitors must have a current membership during the conference dates (April 20–23, 2026). First-time exhibitors will receive a complimentary 1-year ASA Organizational Membership.

    2. Reserve Early Bird or Standard Rate:

    Exhibitors who register by Nov. 30, 2025, will receive a discounted Early Bird Rate. Starting Jan. 1, 2026, booths will be available for purchase only at the Standard Rate.

    3. Select a Booth Type:

    There are 5 options to choose from when reserving your exhibit booth. These options include:

    Complimentary Membership for First-Time Exhibitors

    First-time exhibitors* receive a complimentary ASA organizational membership (a $695 value!) to further your involvement in the aging community year-round.

    *Returning exhibitors must have a current membership during the conference dates.

    Education Hubs are featured spaces in the Resource Center that provide attendees with a “one stop shop” to learn about key topics of interest at On Aging, such as:

    Education Hub Packages include:

    • A 20-ft. x 20-ft. booth in a premium location
    • Two 6-ft. tables, four chairs, two wastebaskets

    • Promotion of your Educational Center with sponsor-branded signage
    • Opportunity to include one (1) conference tote insert
    • Four all-access conference registrations
    • Opportunity to purchase up to six exhibitors-only passes ($150 each)

    Spotlight Exhibitor Package

    The Spotlight Exhibitor Package includes:

    • A 10-ft. x 20-ft. booth in a premium location
    • One 6-ft. table, two chairs, one wastebasket
    • One 30-minute speaking session on one of our Resource Center stages
    • Opportunity to include one (1) conference tote insert
    • Two all-access conference registrations
    • One exhibitor-only pass
    • Opportunity to purchase up to five exhibitors-only passes ($150 each)

    General Exhibitor Package

    Reserve one or multiple 10-ft x 10-ft exhibit booths to build the space that works best for your company. Each booth includes:

    • 10-ft x 10-ft booth
    • One 6-ft. table, two chairs, one wastebasket
    • One all-access conference registration
    • Opportunity to purchase up to two exhibitors-only passes ($150 each)

    Consider upgrading from a Standard Booth to a Premium Booth to guarantee that your booth is situated in a high-traffic area of the Resource Center.

    Exhibitors who register by Dec. 31, 2025, will receive a discounted Early Bird Rate. Starting Jan. 1, 2026, booths will be available for purchase only at the Standard Rate.

    AgeTech Start-up Booth

    ASA wants to feature your start-up at On Aging 2026. We are offering small AgeTech start-ups* the special exhibitor rate of $2,000, which includes the following opportunities and benefits:

    • Spotlight in AgeTech Zone with a 10-ft x 10-ft booth, one 6-ft table, and two chairs located in the AgeTech Zone of the Resource Center
    • One all-access conference registration
    • One year of ASA Organizational Lite Membership (includes ASA membership for five members of your team)
    • Invitation to special networking events
    • Opportunity to purchase up to two exhibitors-only passes ($150 each)

    *The AgeTech Start-up Booth and Lite membership is exclusively for organizations with annual revenue totaling less than $1 million. Confirmation of revenue is required.

    Enjoy the added opportunity to drive engagement and share your thought leadership with a 30-minute speaking slot on our Resource Center Stage. All sessions will be featured on the conference app.

    Exhibitor Guidelines & Regulations

    To ensure a welcoming and respectful environment for all attendees, we ask that all exhibitors keep the following age-friendly principles in mind: 

    Avoid age-based stereotypes in your messaging or materials.

    For example, assuming older adults are frail, isolated or technologically challenged.

    People of all ages lead active, engaged and dynamic lives.

    Avoid marketing and visuals framed around “anti-aging” or reversing age.

    Aging is a natural part of life, not a condition to be avoided. Use imagery that reflects diverse ages, appearances, abilities and identities. Showcase people of all ages as active, capable and engaged.

    Present your product or service as supporting people across the lifespan.

    Don’t single out older adults as a group needing help or protection.

    Focus on capabilities, not limitations.

    Highlight how your product or service supports independence, engagement and choice, rather than portraying aging as a problem to be fixed.
