Registration Rates & Deadlines
What are the registration fees and deadlines for On Aging 2026?
Conference registration will open Oct. 1, 2025. Please refer to the table below for all conference rates and deadlines.
Registration grants you access to all workshops, ASA-organized networking programs, the exhibit hall, keynote events, and the On Aging Celebration reception. Some sponsored networking programs and receptions may be invite-only. Lunch & Learns have limited capacity and may require a separate sign-up outside of registration due to food and space limits.
Undergraduate and graduate rates are only available for active students at a university/college. This year we are also offering an Early Career rate for ASA members, which will only be available during Early Bird Registration. The Early Career rate is available for ASA members who are within the first five years of their professional career in the aging sector. This category offers discounted registration rates for On Aging 2026 and provides access to all standard member benefits, including full participation in conference sessions, networking events, and member-only opportunities.
Note: Membership status will be verified upon registration. If our records indicate that the registrant does not have an active membership, the registration will be updated accordingly and the difference in rate will be invoiced.

Are group rates for On Aging 2026 available?
Yes! Organizations registering 10 or more attendees as Full Conference attendees will receive $50 off each registration as a group discount.
Please note: The group rate is not available at the Early Career Member rate, Exhibitor rate, Undergraduate/Graduate Student rate, Presenter rate, Retired Professional rate, or for One Day Passes.
Do you have a government rate?
What is the One Day Pass and how can I purchase it? Does it apply to any day of the conference?
The One Day Pass provides access to the full conference experience for a single day of your choosing—Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. You can purchase a One-Day Pass by registering through our conference platform, PheedLoop, and selecting the daily pass option for your preferred date during the registration process.
General Questions
When and where is On Aging 2026, ASA’s Annual Conference?
On Aging 2026 will take place April 20–23, 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia at the Hyatt Regency (265 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30303). All conference activities will take place at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.

Is ASA Membership required to attend On Aging 2026?
No. Membership is not required to attend On Aging 2026. Anyone can register for the conference, but ASA members receive a discounted registration rate.

Will there be a virtual option for On Aging 2026?
When do sessions start?
There are pre-conference sessions on Monday, April 20. The main conference sessions start with an opening General Session at 8:45 am Tuesday morning. Registration is open on Monday from 7 AM–5 PM, be sure to avoid the crowd on Tuesday morning and pick your badge up early.
How can I volunteer at On Aging 2026?
We appreciate your interest in volunteering at On Aging 2026! As a thank you, conference registration for approved volunteers is available at a discounted rate of $250. More information on volunteering for On Aging 2026 will be available Dec. 1, 2025.
Where can I find details about continuing education (CE) credits?
ASA will provide complimentary CE credits at On Aging 2026 for select sessions, which will be clearly marked in the conference app. Note: Accreditation providers may differ from prior years.

Please note that a Certificate of Attendance documents your participation but does not provide CE credits.
How to Request CE Credits
- Process: To request CE credits, attendees must check in using the conference app during eligible sessions and complete session evaluations. CE certificates will be processed and sent via email within 30 business days after the conclusion of the conference from institute@asaging.org.

Do you offer press passes for On Aging 2026?
Working members of the press such as reporters, editors, publishers, electronic media producers, columnists, bloggers and others who reach general or specialized audiences on a regular basis with news or analysis may request a media access pass by emailing abiggar@asaging.org.
Please read the following information carefully to ensure that you submit credential requirements accurately. This will assist us in processing your registration request in a timely manner.
Those requesting a media pass may be asked to confirm their status with information as listed on the media outlet’s masthead or by sending links to published articles. Freelancers also may be asked to provide at least two links to published pieces issued in the previous year.
Alternatively, freelancers may provide an assignment letter or email from a media organization with the editor/producer’s contact information (telephone and email address) for verification.
News and information outlets must contain original news content above and beyond links, forums, troubleshooting tips and reader/viewer contributions, or any content related to products or other for-profit businesses. Applicants for a press registration must provide:
- An editorial title that is verifiable, or proof of an editorial assignment to cover the conference.
- A hard copy or link to a recent bylined article or audio/video story credited to you.
Online media must meet the following criteria:
- A website must post or update original aging-related news at least once a month.
- Website or e-news content must extend beyond links, forums, personal diaries, opinions, personal analysis or information about the publishing organization’s activities and programs.
- A blog must reflect current aging-related news that is posted on a daily or weekly basis.
Freelancers:
- Provide a letter (on letterhead) from a publisher, editor or executive-level producer indicating that you are covering ASA’s On Aging 2026 conference for the media outlet.
- Email assignments will be considered if they include the assigning editor/producer’s email address and a link to the media outlet’s website.
- Freelancers without advance assignments will be considered on an individual basis but should provide evidence of journalistic work previously produced or published in a subject area related to concerns in aging.
Please note: Conference presenters, marketing, advertising and public relations professionals, and academic or other non-journalistic book authors are not eligible for media badges, even if associated with a news organization.
Will food and beverages be served at the conference?
Some refreshments will be available for selected events. More information will be shared closer to the conference dates. Lunch will be available for purchase in the Resource Center on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Can I pay for my conference registration and/or membership with a check?
Do you offer discounts to attend On Aging 2026?
Yes, we do! There are many ways to save.
- Save when you purchase your ticket early: Early Bird (Oct. 1–Nov. 30)
- Students, early career, and retired professionals receive discounted rates.
- Presenters that register prior to Dec. 13 receive a discounted rate.
- Groups of 10 or more receive a discounted rate. Email onaging@asaging.org to learn more about the group rate.
- Volunteers have a special rate of $250. You must be an ASA member to volunteer at this rate. Volunteer applications will be available Dec. 1, 2025.
Does ASA offer scholarships for On Aging 2026?

Does ASA pay speaker fees?
I can’t attend, can I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes, conference registration can be transferred to another individual for a $50 processing fee. To transfer your conference registration, please email onaging@asaging.org with the name, email, title and company of the individual to whom you are transferring your ticket. If you are transferring your registration to another individual, please note that membership is not required to attend On Aging 2026. However, membership will be required to transfer a member registration. Non-member registrations may be transferred without requiring an active membership. If a member registration is transferred to a non-member, the difference in registration fee must be paid.
Can I get a refund?
After Feb. 2, 2026, no refunds will be issued. Please see our cancellation policy timeline below for information on deadlines for cancellation requests. Cancellation Policy
Written requests for refunds must be sent to the ASA Customer Service Department by email to onaging@asaging.org. For cancellation requests received:
- Before Dec. 1, 2025: You will receive 75% refund of your conference registration fee.
- Dec. 1, 2025–Feb. 28, 2026: You will receive 50% refund of your conference registration fee.
- After Feb. 28, 2026: No refunds will be issued. If you receive a COVID-19 diagnosis within 2 weeks of the event or are exhibiting related symptoms, please contact us onaging@asaging.org, so that we can work directly with you.
- The conference registration fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the meeting due to circumstances beyond the control of ASA.
- Payments for optional events at On Aging 2026 are non-refundable.
- In lieu of a refund, conference registration can be transferred to another individual for a $50 processing fee. Can I pre-register for sessions?
A small number of sessions will require pre-registration, which will be opened as we get closer to the conference. Keep an eye out for ASA communications with instructions on how to do this. However, most sessions will not require pre-registration. Click here to view the full schedule.
Can I register for conference on-site?
My family, spouse, best friend, etc., came with me. Can they come to any of the events?
What is Pheedloop? Am I in the right place?
Pheedloop is the platform ASA uses to manage On Aging 2026 registration, session schedules, and speaker/exhibitor portals. I would like to submit a proposal, how can I do that?
Proposal submission has now closed. The submission period was June 18–August 9, 2025. On Aging 2027 proposal submissions will open in May/June 2026.
When will presenters be notified of acceptance?
My proposal was accepted. When should I register for the conference?
I was notified that I will be presenting at the conference, but I’m not being offered the presenter registration rate. What should I do?
If you were notified that a conference presentation that includes you was accepted for the program, but you aren’t being offered the presenter registration rate, please contact onaging@asaging.org.
Am I automatically registered for On Aging 2026 by submitting a proposal?
No. Submitting a proposal does not automatically register you for the conference. Accepted presenters must complete their registration to secure their presenter rate and access the event.
I was assigned a different presentation format than I submitted, can I change it?
Content for the conference is determined by our team of peer reviewers and cannot be changed. If you still have questions, please email onaging@asaging.org.
Exhibiting
I am interested in exhibiting, where do I get information?

Do all exhibitors have to be ASA Members?
Yes. Returning exhibitors must have current membership during the conference dates. Check the status of your organization’s membership by emailing membership@asaging.org. First-time exhibitors receive a complimentary ASA organizational membership (a $695 value!).
How do I order furnishings/AV for my booth?
The link to the online exhibitor kit will be sent in January 2026. All other tasks can be accessed via the exhibitor portal.
My team is not able to make the conference. Can we cancel our exhibit?
