This webinar provides the framework for applying these essential skills through the lens of Relational‑Cultural Theory (RCT). Presenter:
Lisa Eible, DSW, MSW, LCSW, has more than 35 years of experience in health services leadership, quality improvement, and compliance across diverse care settings. A lifelong student of Relational-Cultural Theory, her work centers the impact of race and culture in relationships, with a focus on programs supporting older adults and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
