This web seminar focuses on caring for someone with arthritis, from symptoms and warning signs to diagnosis and medical treatment. Home Instead Senior Care, with the Arthritis Foundation, provides invaluable tips for living with arthritis, as well as helpful coping and support resources.

Participants in this web seminar will be able to:

  • Describe arthritis prevention and programs;
  • Understand how to talk to an older adult loved one about arthritis; and,
  • Take advantage of self-help aids and tools.

Presenter:

Lakelyn Hogan is currently working toward a Master of Arts in Social Gerontology. Lakelyn’s passion for helping others has led her work with aging adults and their families as they navigate the senior care continuum.
