What is On Tech?

On Tech is an AgeTech summit that will be held at the On Aging 2025 conference in Orlando.

On Tech is fundamentally about building connections—not just between technologies, but between people, services, and support systems that serve older adults. We're reimagining aging services as an integrated ecosystem where technology enables seamless coordination and dignified care experiences.

Through interactive workshops and panel discussions, participants will explore practical ways to strengthen these vital connections between services, enable smoother transitions of care, and support both formal and informal care networks. These conversations will bring together diverse perspectives from aging services, healthcare, and technology to generate actionable insights for creating coordinated, people-centered systems.

Join AgeTech industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals in aging as we chart the path toward interconnected systems that enhance aging with dignity and purpose.

What Can You Expect at On Tech?

Today's aging services landscape is deeply fragmented, with older adults, families, and providers struggling to navigate disconnected systems of care and support. These challenges, amplified by persistent ageism, create unnecessary barriers and diminish quality of life for everyone involved in the aging journey.

On Tech is your opportunity to be part of the solution. Rather than focusing on isolated products, we're exploring how technology can weave together services, support networks, and resources into cohesive ecosystems that truly serve older adults and their communities.

The summit features dynamic, inclusive workshops and sessions on building effective aging ecosystems, along with dedicated networking spaces and our new Innovation Insights Wall–a collaborative space where attendees share insights and build upon each other's ideas throughout the conference.

Through intentional collaboration across sectors, On Tech empowers attendees to transform fragmented services into coordinated ecosystems that enhance the aging experience for all.
