The October Roundtable will be an examination of high-profile policy issues at the state and national levels.
We will consider and discuss:
• policy development during an election year,
• the fate of the Affordable Care Act,
• what happened to the initiative to make the Illinois Community Care Program “Medicaid Only”,
• will Illinois protect nursing home residents from being involuntary discharged if coming back from a hospital stay,
• the Medicare “guard your card” massive replacement of the Medicare paper cards and numbers, and
• other important issues you may be following and coming up next year.
Please join us for this discussion and important updates.
