This webinar examines the clinical features of hoarding disorder and its evidence-based treatment options, with particular attention to this mental health disorder in older adults. The discussion covers local community responses and resources, along with successful assessments and interventions you can integrate into your care setting.

Presenters:
Catherine Ayers, PhD, ABPP, is a section chief at the VA San Diego Healthcare System, professor in the University of California San Diego (UCSD) department of Psychiatry, and faculty member of the joint doctoral program in Clinical Psychology for San Diego State University and UCSD. Her research focuses on the characterization, treatment development, and community intervention implementation for older adults with hoarding disorder. She has published more than 85 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on late-life hoarding.
